Ich habe das Team zwei mal gewechselt, das erste mal bevor überhaupt die squads created wurden direkt nach dem reinladen und nochmal mal kurz vor ende der runde nachdem ich das zweite mal abgeschossen wurde, um mir die aa gun anzuschauen, da die runde sowieso so gut wie vorüber war und ich nicht den server verlassen wollte um es auf einem lokalen server zu testen (habe ich dann aber sowieso gemacht nach dem ban, wo ich dann auch auf grund des mumble bugs immer noch mit einem eurer admins reden konnte lol).

Ich habe keine transport chopper gewasted, wie ich bereits sagte flog ich nur cas und wurde nur zwei mal abgeschossen, außer cas hab ich nichts gemacht. Ich bin auch nicht mit absicht zu der aa gun geflogen um zu testen wie stark sie ist, lol wie du auf sowas kommst ist mir fremd, hast du denn nicht meinen detaillierten post durchgelesen, ich habe alles dort ausführlich erklärt. Ich kenne alle positionen der aa guns und bin nur zu zweien direkt in die nähe geflogen um sie am start der runde zu zerstören, dabei wurde ich auch nie abgeschossen. Ansonsten habe ich die Positionen der aa guns gemieden.

Die zwei male wo ich abgeschossen wurde waren aus größter Distanz, BR footage kann das belegen, deswegen war ich auch so überrascht und perplex und habe im allchat über die aa gun angefragt, weil ich es einfach total absurd fand dass mich die aa gun fast außer Sichtweite zwei mal so schnell gerekt hat dass ich erstmal dachte ich wurde von einer rocket abgeschossen, im Bruchteil einer Sekunde war das, man kann da nicht mal reagieren. Das war vor dem neuen update auf dieser map nicht möglich, auf dieser distanz konnte man jedesmal easy von der aa gun davonkommen und sie brauchte da schon viel länger um einen abzuschießen. Wie gesagt, dass war das erste mal dass ich diese map gespielt habe nach dem update.
Deswegen bin ich auch kurz vor Ende der Runde gewechselt, weil ich unbedingt noch die neue aa gun ausprobieren wollte um zu sehen wie dass überhaupt möglich war, ich habe das auch im team chat so gesagt um Missverständnissen vorzubeugen.

Deswegen habe ich auch wie gesagt im allchat angefragt weil ich erstmal überhaupt nicht wusste was passiert war und wissen wollte was mich abgeschossen hat. Sorry für den Spam dort, ich habe aber aufgehört als der admin alle deswegen gewarnt hat.

Mein rant im vorherigen post war auch nicht gegen euch admins sondern gegen die idioten die alles immer aus dem zusammenhang reissen und mit absicht verleumderische reports machen, teilweise persönlich motiviert. Glaub mir ich hatte schon mit einigen von den kollegen zu tun die mich reported haben. Ich weiss dass die admins nicht sofort alles überprüfen können.
Ich finde es aber auch sehr unfair dass mir untestellt wird ich habe das cas gewasted, ich bin ganz sicher nicht schlecht im cas und weiss was ich tue und dass ist immer noch ein spiel, man kann doch auch Erlaubnis haben mal gerekt zu werden ohne sich mit einem ban bedroht fühlen zu müssen.

Thank you. Yeah they really don't like me don't they. I still play with them sometimes and they are always nice to me when they join my cas squad and want a jet, go figure. But if it's the other way around not so much. I actually would just like to be able to have a good relationship with them, because apart from the shit they are pulling sometimes, they are actually nice to play with in a squad.

1. I didn't exactly insult the guy in chat. I joined his apc squad 2nd and after 1min he just kicked me without saying anything, so i made another squad and talked to him. I complained to him why he kicked me, maybe i was a little bit rude but i didn't throw around any insults.

2. Like i said there was shooting in main and i joined in because i knew the guys and just shot at stuff, eventually i threw a grenade that landed a bit to close to us and hurt some of the guys and me too. Me and another guy ran to the repair station to heal. I actually thought i didn't tk anyone but apparently one guy bled out from my grenade, i didn't notice.
Then one of the guys started tking me so i hit them with the pistol and aa a few times but didn't tk them, only hurt them a little bit on purpose. I wasn't mad at them, i actually didn't care that much and just wanted to fight back a little, i thought we were just messing around, nothing serious.
They also didn't say anything, one of them seemed rather amused actually. Around that time the trans squadleader also tked 2 of them on purpose with a grenade. After that one of them tked me a 2nd time he said i should stop, so i stopped.

I had no idea that they reported me at the same time, they didn't tell me anything about that. It is apparent now that they were trying to frame me to get me kicked, i know them and played with them a lot, they did that stuff to me before on other servers. Pull the full logs and you will see that one of them tked me twice or more while i only tked once unintended with the grenade. You will also see that hunter's report is false since the trans squadleader threw the grenade at them. All of what i said can also be confirmed with the BR footage of the round in question.
It is also noteworthy that Hunter, some of the other guys and the american admin are all friends, in the same clan together and they don't like me very much anymore, the reason for that you have to ask them, since they never really told me why.

So in my opinion they set me up, but granted if i had not done any of that stuff in main they would've had nothing to work with to frame me, and like i said, i know that tking is not ok. But i still didn't get any warning which i think was not fair at all, since i tried to save the helicopter and they tked me intentionally, the reaction of the admin was way to harsh in my opinion.

3. I already said what happened with the helicopter.

Same here, was just banned by him for tking 1 guy (trans squadlead) in main, i shot him out of the trans chopper because he flipped and crashed the previous trans helo in main and i didn't want to give him a chance to waste another one, i told him to get out but he wouldn't listen. When i was inside the helo warming it up to land it back at the helipad (it was landed at the repair station) i got banned without a warning. The trans squadleader was also the same guy that was trolling in main before and tked 3 guys.
